Community Assistant

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for members and visitors.
* Support the daily operations of the community space (online or physical).
* Organize and host events, workshops, and community activities.
* Manage online platforms (Slack, Discord, forums, or social media).
* Collect and share member feedback to improve the community experience.
* Assist with scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks.
* Promote a welcoming, inclusive, and positive community culture.
Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in community management, office coordination, customer support, or similar roles.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Tech-savvy with tools like Slack, Discord, Notion, or Trello.
* Friendly, approachable, and proactive.
* Event planning or hospitality experience is a strong plus.
