Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance team and drive performance through effective leadership, ensuring seamless operations across the site.
* Lead a team of professionals with strong technical knowledge, focusing on efficient workflow and productivity.
* Manage daily maintenance tasks including planned and reactive activities, prioritizing effectively to minimize downtime.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and create an environment that fosters operational excellence and collaboration among team members.
* Act as deputy for the Maintenance Manager when required, ensuring continuity of operations.
