Your Responsibilities
Email Automation & Campaign Management
* Lead and optimise email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Design automated customer journeys-from onboarding to upselling
* Use segmentation and A/B testing to drive engagement and conversions
Chatbot Experience Optimisation
* Own and enhance chatbot flows to boost lead conversion
* Collaborate across teams to align chat strategy with business goals
* Experiment and iterate to improve user experience
Paid Media Strategy
* Manage LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and other paid channels
* Track performance, optimise bidding, and maximise ROI
* Partner with creative teams to deliver compelling ad content
Go-To-Market (GTM) Project Management
* Drive cross-functional GTM initiatives with precision
* Ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms
* Align with Sales and Product teams to support launches
Your Story:
* 4+ years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
* Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email automation
* Experience with paid media platforms and chatbot optimisation
* Strong project management and analytical skills
* Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Tableau
