Project Manager for Clinical Implementation
This role leads the implementation and optimization of clinical applications, ensuring successful delivery and patient care enhancement.
Responsibilities:
1. Implement clinical applications throughout the full lifecycle, from initiation to post-go-live support.
2. Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT staff, clinical stakeholders, and vendors.
4. Translate clinical needs into technical specifications through requirements gathering sessions.
5. Manage project scope, identifying and mitigating risks and issues promptly.
6. Lead change management activities for smooth application adoption.
7. Report project status to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
8. Coordinate testing, training, and transition to support activities.
9. Maintain quality standards while balancing multiple projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Administration, Information Technology).
* Minimum 2 years of project management experience in healthcare IT environments.
* Demonstrated experience implementing clinical applications.
* Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage stakeholder expectations across clinical and technical teams.
* Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Microsoft Office suite).
Work Environment:
* Full-time position with occasional evening/weekend work during critical project phases.
