Key Responsibilities:• Lead, coordinate, and oversee all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the R2 release.• Develop and own all UAT test artefacts, including the UAT Test Strategy, Test Approach, Test Plan, and Test Closure Report.• Prepare and maintain UAT documentation, including test scenarios, test scripts, and acceptance criteria.• Support a user driven UAT model, ensuring business users are fully enabled to execute their own testing.• Work closely with Business Users, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to ensure UAT readiness and smooth execution.• Perform hands on testing where required to support delivery timelines.• Track UAT progress, manage defects, and monitor test execution against the overall release plan.• Provide regular status reporting to Product Owners and stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, and blockers early.• Engage closely with business stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all UAT activities.Skills & Experience:• Proven experience as a UAT Test Lead, preferably within the banking domain.• Strong understanding of UAT processes, defect management, and test governance.• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.• Experience working in Agile environments, ideally within financial services or lending.• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business and technical teams.• Hands on approach with the ability to step into testing activities when required.• Good experience in using Jira, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence for test planning, execution, reporting, and documentation.
