Job Summary:
* We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our site operations team in Co. Westmeath.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of site labour force and specialist subcontractors.
* Monitor progress to meet agreed programme targets and ensure works are delivered to the highest quality standards.
* Maintain positive relationships with supply chain partners and subcontractors.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of site management experience, preferably on large-scale projects.
* Previous experience working with main contractors and specialist subcontractors.
* Third-level qualification or trades background.
* Proficiency in Microsoft software applications.
* Excellent delegation and organisational skills, with ability to work effectively within a team.
