We are looking for a Plant Shipper/Dispatch Co-ordinator for one of our divisions at our Plant, based in Ballycoolin, Dublin 11
* Taking orders & responding to sales inquiries from customers and potential customers.
* Coordination of all deliveries and shipping.
* Daily management of the plant, ensuring a sufficient supply of materials required.
* Liaising with the maintenance team to ensure necessary routine and non-routine maintenance is carried out
The Ideal candidate will:
* Have experience working in a busy shipping/dispatch environment**
* Have good attention to detail, be very organised, and be an excellent multitasker
* Good phone manner and customer service skills.
* Have a positive and proactive approach
* Have good IT skills
A good knowledge of Quarry Products would be a distinct advantage.
Full Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin 11 (multiple locations)
