Your Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for all members, addressing queries in person, by phone and email. Ensure a seamless club experience during operational hours. Collaborate with the Club Manager on marketing initiatives and upselling strategies. Perform general cleaning duties and handle membership inquiries.
Requirements:
* A high level of English fluency and excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
* Poll and lifeguard certification is mandatory.
* First Aid certification is desirable but not necessary.
* NCEF qualification or its equivalent is preferred.
* The ability to work effectively within a team and a willingness to progress in your career.
