As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance.About the role:This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their HR career and join a dynamic team at one of Ireland's premium furniture company's.Location : Newbridge, Co. KildareKey Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations and legal requirements.Provide support in handling employee queries and issues, escalating to the HR Manager when necessary.Maintaining personnel records and ensuring information on HRIS system, while issuing documentation in a timely manner.Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones and managing inbox.Assist in organizing training sessions and maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees.Produce HR metrics and reports when requested.General administration and any other relevant duties that may be assigned by your manager.Experience and qualifications –Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience as an HR Administrator, with a focus on regulatory compliance.Proficient administrative and IT skills, with a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suitePrevious experience in creating and managing databases, including ATS and HRIS is essentialPreferred background in working within a compliance-led environment would be beneficialStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Team player and collaborative approachDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and planning skillsAbility to manage deadlines and to prioritize various commitmentsKnowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.Why Join the Michael Murphy Team?We're fun and have a positive work environmentProvide staff discountsFamily run team spiritCulture of developing and promoting from within the company.Note: This job description is intended to outline the general responsibilities and qualifications for the HR Administrator role.
