We're Hiring: Content & Events Lead (FT) – Superteam Ireland Location: Dublin, Ireland (on-site at Dogpatch Labs, the heart of Ireland's tech ecosystem) Type: Full-time Level: Mid-to-Senior (5+ years experience)About Superteam IrelandSuperteam Ireland is a non profit accelerator, backed by the Solana Foundation. We are a collective of builders, creators and founders working to grow the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem locally. Our mission is to establish Ireland as a leading hub for Solana innovation in Europe, supporting startups, developers and creators building the future of the internet.From hackathons and workshops to meetups and creative initiatives, we connect global Solana opportunities with Ireland's top talent. Based at Dogpatch Labs, we sit at the intersection of technology, creativity and community.Role OverviewWe're looking for a Content & Events Lead to take charge of Superteam Ireland's storytelling, creative output and community experiences.You will work directly alongside our Marketing & Partnerships Lead, collaborating on campaigns, events, community initiatives and content that amplifies the builders shaping the future of Web3 in Ireland.In this role, you will create high quality multimedia content, manage event coverage and design experiences that reflect the energy and momentum of Ireland's fastest growing Web3 community.What a Typical Week Looks Like40% – Video production and editing30% – Graphic design and social content creation20% – Event coordination and coverage10% – Team collaboration and planningWhat You'll Do• Lead all content creation across video, social media, graphics and community storytelling• Manage the full video production cycle from concept to filming to editing and publishing• Design visuals for social media, campaigns and events using Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva• Plan and coordinate community events including meetups, workshops, hackathons and demo days• Capture live moments at events using our camera gear (Sony ZV-E10 with lenses)• Collaborate with freelancers, editors and creators when needed• Work closely with the Marketing & Partnerships Lead on campaigns, events and initiatives• Bring energy and positivity to the community, making members feel welcome and inspiredSkills and Experience• Experience in content creation and storytelling across video, social media or design• Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut Pro (desktop)• Graphic design proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva• Experience in event production or coordination• Photography and basic photo editing ability• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with people• High energy, creativity, strong work ethic and passion for bringing ideas to lifeWeb3 experience is welcomedbut not essential.
