Catering Team Role
The key responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional food service in hospitals and nursing homes throughout the region.
* Set up catering units/wards daily, ensuring a clean and well-organized environment;
* Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and teas to patients and staff;
* Maintain the cleanliness of catering units/kitchens by adhering to strict hygiene standards;
* Take patients' orders accurately using an electronic system;
* Serve food at ward level while maintaining patient confidentiality;_probe food/recording temperatures;
good time management skills are crucial for timely delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills as they interact with colleagues.
