We are currently hiring a
Cook for Early Years
at our creche in
Rathfarnham
. This role involves
ordering, cooking, and serving nutritionally balanced meals
tailored for children under five, following our nursery's nutritional guidelines.
Minimum Qualification Required
* Food and Safety Training Level 3 (Candidates with Level 2 may be offered the Level 3 course.)

Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and cooking healthy meals for children under five
* Managing daily kitchen operations and stock levels
* Implementing health and safety procedures in the kitchen
* Liaising with suppliers for food orders
* Ensuring a safe, hygienic, and well-organized kitchen environment
* Proven experience in cooking for large numbers
What We're Looking For
* A passion for cooking and nutrition
* Excellent cooking skills and creativity in meal planning
* Enthusiasm for working in a childcare setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Hours & Salary
* 30 hours per week (schedule assigned by your manager)
* €15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
