Responsibilities:
Working Foreman Required
* No Visa Opportunities or Sponsorship available and must be based in Ireland.
* Supervise and manage a team of plumbers, apprentices, and laborers.
* Coordinate and schedule daily work assignments.
* Ensure all work is performed according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
* Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
* Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations.
* Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
* Order and manage materials and equipment required for the project.
* Provide training and guidance to team members.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Communicate effectively with project managers, other trades, and clients.
* Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues.
* Perform complex calculations and planning for unique or large jobs.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a working Plumbing Foreman or similar supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building codes.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications.
* Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
* Experience with plumbing systems in [mention specific types of projects, e.g., new construction, commercial, etc..
* Must be able to keep production going in the face of challenges avoiding down time's.
