Shift Manager (Production)
for a fast-paced manufacturing site.
This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a core team of operators and driving safe, efficient and high-quality production during your shift.
* Lead all shift operations to deliver production targets and KPIs
* Set clear weekly goals and manage day-to-day performance
* Champion safety, quality, hygiene and GMP standards
* Ensure safe systems of work for employees, contractors and visitors
* Monitor performance, downtime and costs; drive improvements
* Develop, train and engage the shift team
* Maintain equipment and work areas to ensure optimal output
* Drive continuous improvement in quality and process efficiency
* Work closely with QA/QC, logistics, technical and maintenance teams
* Support the Production Manager and provide cover when required
* Ensure full traceability of raw materials and processes
