Job Summary
Little Richards Wood Fired Pizza is a community favourite in Skerries, known for our quality wood-fired pizza, great food, and welcoming atmosphere. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house and kitchen teams and help deliver outstanding guest experiences every day.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
* Lead, train, and motivate both front-of-house and kitchen teams
* Manage staffing, scheduling, and team performance
* Work closely with the Head Chefs on menus, specials, and events
* Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service (HACCP compliance)
* Manage stock, ordering, and cost controls efficiently
* Handle customer feedback professionally
* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Good understanding of restaurant operations and HACCP
* Financial awareness and experience managing budgets and stock
* Positive, hands-on attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
* Must be reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Job Type & Schedule
* Full-time
* Wednesday to Sunday
* Weekend availability required
