My client is a leading Civil Engineering company with a proven track record of delivering high quality projects across Ireland and The UK. Due to their ongoing growth and success, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team in Dublin.

Duties:
* Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and project stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
* Communicate effectively across internal and external teams
* Support in the development of project scopes, execution strategies, and budgets
* Produce accurate, detailed project reports and maintain project documentation to a high standard.
* Collaborate with departments such as Commercial and Senior Management teams to identify, escalate, and resolve any contracting or project issues.
* Overseeing comprehensive cost planning, forecasting, and value engineering.
* Leading contract administration, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations.
* Managing all commercial aspects of large-scale civils' projects
* Supporting tender submissions, subcontractor procurement, and pricing strategies.
* Managing change control, claims, and dispute resolution processes.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10+ years of experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor role
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); strong reporting and presentation skills.
* Highly organised with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
