Senior HR Manager – 12-Month Maternity Leave Cover

We are currently seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead our clients HR function during a maternity leave cover. This is a unique opportunity to influence and shape the HR agenda across international operations in Ireland, the UK, and India.
About the Role
As the Senior HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategy with business goals. Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and working cross-functionally with group-level stakeholders, you will lead a high-performing HR team and ensure best-in-class employee experience and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Strategic Leadership: Contribute to business planning and lead HR strategy aligned with organisational goals.
2. Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide expert advice while ensuring all practices comply with employment legislation.
3. Performance Management: Partner with managers to drive a culture of continuous feedback, development, and high performance.
4. Policy & Process: Maintain and update policies, handbooks, and frameworks across international locations.
5. Learning & Development: Identify training needs and support professional growth across the organisation.
6. HR Projects & Reporting: Lead and support key HR initiatives; prepare monthly HR reports for senior leadership.
What You'll Bring
7. Proven experience in a senior HR role
8. Strong understanding of employment law (Ireland essential; UK/India desirable)
9. CIPD qualification (Level 8 or equivalent) preferred
10. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
11. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
12. Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
