What You'll Be Doing: You'll provide crucial paralegal support, primarily to their transactional legal team and directly to the Chief Legal Officer. Your day-to-day will be diverse, including: Transactional Support: Taking the lead on preparing closing checklists, drafting deliverables, coordinating due diligence and managing the exchange of critical documents for complex leases, sales and financing transactions. You'll ensure smooth closings and follow-on task management. Document & Database Management: Overseeing the assembly and retention of original documents, updating and maintaining vital precedents and shared advice databases and assisting with notarisation and legalisation processes. Team Coordination & Projects: Helping to compile key legal team metrics, track projects, ensure process consistency and contribute to various internal and external initiatives as needed. Operational Excellence: Assisting with billing matters, managing letters of credit and supporting the review and disposal of historical documents. What We're Looking For: We're seeking a candidate who is not just skilled but also possesses the right mindset. Experience: You'll have 3+ years of solid experience in transaction administration or contract management, gained either in-house or within a law firm. Education: A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical Proficiency: Excellent command of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Calendar, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is essential. Key Qualities: You're exceptionally organised, proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects. Your proofreading and research skills are uncomparable and you're comfortable working flexibly to meet business needs.
