We have partnered with a prestigious real estate investor to appoint an Investment Analyst to its Dublin office. You will work with a highly experienced Director and join a team now actively investing across Europe.
Duties:Underwrite/re -underwrite collateral for real estate transactions and monitor portfolio performancePrepare and present portfolio performance reports to management and investorsCollaborate with consultants and project teams to monitor schedules, budgets, and business plansAnalyse and evaluate draw requests, lease approvals, loan modifications, and borrower requestsAssist on special projects, including implementing new technologies to support the platformRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field1 -3 years of experience in real estate investment/developmentStrong analytical and financial modelling skills.Excellent organizational, verbal, and communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
