Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities include:
* To co-ordinate the efficient running of the front desk, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
* To ensure the smooth running of the front desk and working with Operations, Reservations and our Sales team.
* To implement and adhere to all Company policies, billing, GDPR, Health and Safety Procedures.
Key Requirements:
• Fluency in English
• At least one year's experience in the role
• Opera experience is desirable but not essential
