We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Site Sales Support Specialist. This role is instrumental in providing essential administrative and operational support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes and exceptional customer service.
About the Role
This position will be responsible for assisting in the processing of sales orders, coordinating with internal departments, tracking order statuses, and resolving order-related issues. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with sales representatives to support their activities, provide timely and accurate information, and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Order Processing: Assist in the processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales representatives to support their activities, including order processing, customer inquiries, and sales reporting.
* Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
* Price Administration: Assist in the administration of pricing policies, discounts, and promotions, ensuring accuracy and consistency in pricing across sales transactions.
* Customer Engagement: Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles is advantageous.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
