This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a strong background in events, hospitality, or sales to play a key role in delivering exceptional weddings in a unique village setting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete wedding and event lifecycle from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding couples and event organisers, ensuring a personalised and professional service.Liaise effectively with internal departments to guarantee smooth coordination and delivery of events.Consistently uphold high standards in customer service and event management within the Sales & Events team.Maintain accurate records and documentation to support seamless communication and administration.Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, contributing to overall revenue goals.Support on-the-day coordination and execution of weddings and events as required.RequirementsPrevious experience in events, hospitality, or a sales-focused role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and personable manner.Strong computer skills; familiarity with hotel systems is an advantage.Highly organised with exceptional administrative abilities and attention to detail.Flexibility to work weekends, midweek shifts, and varied hours as business needs require.Genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and event excellence.BenefitsOpportunities for career growth and development within BrookLodge Hotel.Staff discountsStaff mealsSupportive and friendly work environment
