Responsibilities:
Business / Customer:
* Good understanding of the domain and related processes.
* Independently interact with clients and handle/address any queries from clients.
Technical:
* Independently perform programming in SAS/equivalent software for generating standard Safety and/or Efficacy Tables, Listings, and Figures in specified formats as per specifications and in accordance with Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP).
* Support Sr Statistical Programmers for development of Analysis outputs.
* Perform advance to complex analysis with little supervision.
* Ability to understand and write complex statistical programming specifications and guide/support other team members in task execution.
* Perform programming activities to deliver quality outputs in a timely and efficient manner.
Skillsets needed:
* Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Should be well-versed with formulas like V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivot table, Concatenate, Trim, etc.)
* Good analytical skills and logical reasoning.
* Good communication skills and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to plan, organize, and manage a variable workload and meet schedules with accurate results.
* Ability to work well independently in a team environment, be self-motivated, and multi-task while achieving expectations.
Primary responsibilities:
* Work with cross-functional teams to assess data science use cases & solutions.
* Build custom data models.
* Utilize advanced machine learning techniques to improve model accuracy and performance.
* Work closely with the engineering team to integrate models into production systems.
* Monitor model performance in production and make improvements as necessary.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and AI.
