We are partnering with a long-established Irish company within the energy sector that is seeking a Reconciliation Analyst to join its head office team in Dublin 3 for a 9 month fixed term contract. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, reconciliations, and investigating variances. Key Responsibilities: Review and reconcile stock and financial data across multiple sites and delivery channels Investigate discrepancies in reported figures and identify root causes such as documentation errors, reporting delays, or operational issues Liaise with site and depot managers to ensure corrective action and policy compliance Prepare daily, weekly, and month-end financial and operational reports Support the month-end close process and deliver accurate KPI reporting Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal standards Key Skills & Experience: Strong Excel and analytical skills Proven experience in finance, accounting, or stock reconciliation Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability ERP system experience (JDE or similar an advantage) IATI or part-qualified accountant desirable but not essential Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Why Apply: This is a great opportunity for an analytically minded finance professional who enjoys structure, accuracy, and problem-solving.
