Permanent/full time ResponsibilitiesHelping patients with everyday tasks like eating, dressing, using the restroom, and washing.
Carrying out routine clinical duties such as monitoring patient conditions, helping with mobility, and recording vital signs.Keeping an eye on junior employees and making sure they follow care guidelines.
Interacting with patients, families, and medical staff in an effective manner.
Assisting with new hire training and making sure they comprehend their responsibilities.
Reacting quickly to crises and provide the support that is required.RequirementsOutstanding interpersonal abilitiesThere is no work permit sponsorship option available, and we are exclusively hiring EU nationals for this role.
Possesses an understanding of human motivationAble to deal with challenging personnel and disagreement.
Competent at carrying out agreed-upon tasks.
