Title:E&I Construction LeadContract12- MonthsRoleThe E&I Supervisor will join the Construction Team and is responsible for ensuring the timely and proper construction of the Electrical & Instrumentation scope.The role requires adherence to safety and quality standards, detailed design specifications, contracts, SOPs, work instructions, and applicable industry standards.Responsibilities:Support the Construction Manager (CM) with constructability reviews and interactive planning sessions involving the Client and Design Team.Ensure the construction phase is adequately resourced with qualified personnel, plant, tools, temporary facilities, and other necessary resources.Guide Field Supervisors by enforcing best-in-class site execution SOPs.Ensure compliance with construction methods, procedures, and practices, particularly in relation to safety, quality assurance, personnel management, and industrial relations; identify deficiencies and propose solutions.Maintain adherence to statutory and legal requirements relevant to construction activities.Understand and apply Health and Safety regulations in line with employee responsibilities.Stay updated on developments in the construction industry and promote continuous improvement and capability development within the team.Ensure projects are constructed according to drawings, specifications, standards, and good construction practices, while meeting schedule and budget requirements.Assess and appraise contractor work, reporting results according to established practices.Review contractor progress reports and provide input for weekly CM reports to the Client.
