Leading Operations Excellence: Key Responsibilities
* Strategically lead production activities across multiple production areas at a manufacturing site.
* Assume accountability for delivering key performance goals/targets established and contribute to the development of site strategies and annual objectives.
* Lead direct reports, including operations managers and individual performers, in sustaining and optimizing ongoing production, ensuring built-in product quality, driving continuous improvement projects, and managing interfaces with support teams.
* Champion Manufacturing Excellence by deploying systems and tools to optimize all production activities, embracing the Integer Production System's five focus areas, and promoting associate engagement through standardized problem-solving methodologies and behavior-based safety programs.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in production environments, particularly in delivering results on KPIs such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity.
* Demonstrated experiences implementing and/or sustaining Manufacturing Excellence and Lean practices.
* Evidence of learn, retain, and apply knowledge, with examples of accumulated technical learnings and experiences linking directly to outlined expectations of this role.

* Safety: Number of Safety Observations completed and improvement suggestions implemented.
* People: Associate engagement, Voluntary turnover rate, Days to fill open positions.
* Quality: Customer Direct Complaint Rate, NCR rate, Complaint Cycle Time, CAPA Cycle Time.
* Delivery: On time and to fill delivery performance, Schedule/Takt attainment.
* Inventory: Days on hand; inventory turns.
* Productivity: First pass yield, labor efficiencies, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Throughput metrics (e.g., Parts per person hour).
* Cost Improvement: Cumulative incremental savings recognized.
* Cost Controls: Adherence to budget across production cost centers, overtime usage versus budget.
