Business Development Executive

The Role:
* Generate and manage a strong pipeline of new business leads

Requirements:
* CIP Qualified (essential)
* Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of the insurance and financial services sector
* Highly organised, results-driven, and resilient
* Self-motivated with a commercial mindset
