General Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team at a prominent gastro pub in Limerick. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of all food, beverage, and events operations at the property.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the gastro bar/restaurant premises
* Lead, mentor, and guide the team as required
* Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail
* Manage security, health and safety, tills, cash, pricing, sales, promotions, special events, stock control, rostering, and achieve monthly margins
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years general management experience, preferably in a quality gastro pub locally
* Fluent English and excellent IT and administrative skills
* A proven track record of coaching, training, mentoring, and job chats
* A positive attitude, can-do approach, friendly, and outgoing personality
