Lead Technical Design Specialist
We are seeking a Lead Technical Design Specialist to oversee our design team and manage multimillion euro projects.
This role places the successful candidate at the head of our design team, responsible for overseeing detailed technical design. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing in-office design teams
* Overseeing technical detailing on design projects
* Liaising with client design teams to clarify deliverables
* Generating and managing document and drawing output
* Producing and managing technical submittals and schedules
* Product detailing and interfacing with other components and materials
* Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and process services
* Maintaining accurate records
* Attending site meetings as required
Key qualifications for this position include:
* A Level 8 Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology
* Over eight years' experience working as an Architectural Technologist
* Prior experience leading design teams is desirable
* Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
