**Quantity Surveyor Role Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in current and planned projects for the future.
About the Job
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for assisting the team in preparing tenders for upcoming projects, coordinating material and subcontractor procurement, valuation of works, and financial reporting for projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inquiries from start to finish, developing a solid understanding of General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
* Effectively quantify and itemise equipment and materials from provided drawings.
* Create comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed proposals that meet project requirements.
* Conduct reviews of new tenders, analysing documentation and plans, complete tender assessment forms.
* Succesfully handle multiple projects at once, making informed decisions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success.
* Attend site inspections and meetings.
* Complete final account preparations and settlements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor, a third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying, and proficiency in IT and familiarity with software packages.

* A full driving license and a willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
* An ability to work independently and collaboratively, contributing positively to team dynamics and project success.
