Full-Time A leading organisation in Dublin is seeking a seasoned HR professional to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover.
This role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact people strategies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Business-Aligned People Strategy Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business priorities Advise on organisational design, succession planning and talent strategy Lead change management programmes Act as a sounding board on complex employee matters and engagement challenges Employee Relations & Case Management Manage ER cases, investigations and formal processes Coach managers on performance development and career progression Ensure HR practices comply with employment law and company values Foster a culture of fairness, accountability and continuous learning Talent & Culture Partner with L&D to address skill gaps and support growth initiatives Champion engagement, inclusion and wellbeing programmes Support leadership development through coaching and succession planning Facilitate talent reviews and workforce planning People Insights & Process Improvement Deliver workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions Monitor HR metrics to identify trends and recommend action Contribute to policy and process enhancements for operational efficiency Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration Build trusted relationships across leadership and HR teams Partner with Talent Acquisition, Reward and HR Operations to deliver cohesive solutions Model company values and contribute to a positive organisational culture Participate in HR projects and transformation programmes Qualifications & Experience Degree in HR, Business or related discipline (essential) CIPD or equivalent professional accreditation (preferred) Significant experience in a senior HR advisory or partnering capacity within complex, multi-site environments Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and establish trusted relationships across the business Deep working knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations frameworks and contemporary HR practices Proven track record in leading organisational change, talent development and strategic workforce initiatives Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with confidence Strong analytical mindset, leveraging HR data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement Familiarity with project-driven, engineering or construction sectors is a distinct advantage At Wallace Myers International Recruitment Agency we specialise in sourcing professionals for key industries and services.
