About the Role
Due to continued high demand from clients, Palmer Shore Ltd is hiring again! We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and technically proficient Compliance Assistant to join our expanding team.
You’ll be part of a fast-moving, all-female consultancy working behind the scenes on some of Europe’s biggest data centre construction projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, can juggle multiple tasks at once, and knows their way around a spreadsheet.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update internal compliance documentation and process notes
* Assist in managing and tracking labour legislation data across multiple countries
* Use Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas) to monitor compliance metrics and shadow payroll inputs
* Support and mentor junior members of the team
* Participate in compliance operations for posted worker and payroll processes
* Help onboard new clients and manage regulatory paperwork
* Communicate with clients and authorities in a clear, confident way
Required Skills and Experience
* Strong Excel skills – especially with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data organisation
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Clear written and verbal communication
* Confidence in technical admin work, spreadsheets, or process-driven tasks
* Experience in compliance, payroll, HR admin or project coordination is a bonus (but not essential)
* A team player with the ability to stay calm and productive under pressure
