Career Vision Recruiters are recruiting for an experienced Reservations Managerin Co. Kildare. We are looking for an enthusiastic & motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years' reservations experience.Reporting to the Revenue Manager, Reservations Manager will be responsible for smooth running of reservations department in the hotel, and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reservations reporting for the hotel. Main Duties: Management of the Reservations Department team, ensuring correct rostering of team resources to meet business needs. Encourage employees within the department to achieve optimum revenue and service per employee. Ensure they are aware of the departments targets and goals. Monitors departments overall service, interaction with other departments and team work daily. Take actions as necessary to improve. Ensure effective working relationships with corporate and leisure clients and all hotel guests. Identify their needs and ensure their repeat business To be proactive in creating a sales culture through our people To develop a close working relationship with all departments, colleagues and managers to ensure guest expectations are met. To deal with all customer queries and complaints in a timely manner in line with the hotels standards of operation. Ensuring SOPs are updated and all team members are fully trained. Provide team training on our standards and customer service. Working alongside and supporting Revenue Manager in all departmental projects, initiatives. Motivate and create engaging work environment for all the team members. Responsible for guiding and mentoring team members to ensure that they are continuing to learn and develop. Regularly check the input and the quality of data points.
