Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparation of project cost estimates and budgets
Support senior Quantity Surveyors with valuations and final accounts
Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractors
Monitor project costs and expenditure
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
Assist with tender preparation and pricing analysis
Attend site and project meetings when required
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
Help manage project variations and commercial administration
Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting throughout projects
Requirements
Degree qualified or recently graduated in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline
Strong interest in construction and commercial project management
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Good communication and organisational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Excel
Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Full clean driver's licence desirable
