Our Client is a leading technical specialist distributor of industrial maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) products and services.
As part of a larger European group, it supports customers by reducing total acquisition costs, improving production efficiency, and lowering working capital requirements.
They are looking to attract an Inside Coordinator - Inventory & Procurement to be based on their Customer site in Carrigtwohill, Co Cork.
This role involves inventory replenishment, sourcing, order management, supplier coordination and plays a key role in ensuring stock availability and operational efficiency at a client site.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring excellent organizational and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Replenish fast-moving stock items across the customers site.
Fully support the Site Operations Manager in all tasks.
Provide accurate quotes for parts/products based on customer requirements.
Manage and resolve day-to-day customer enquiries; attend client site as needed.
Source parts and collect from local suppliers when required.
Handle all administrative duties related to the site support function.
Deliver a high level of customer service consistently.
Process and manage customer orders from enquiry through to delivery.
Input purchase orders into site systems and expedite delivery timelines.
Maintain accurate inventory data in ERP systems.
Produce regular management and operational reports.
Liaise with internal product/category teams.
Negotiate with suppliers and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Contribute to continuous improvement activities on-site.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Full Irish Driving License (essential)
Strong knowledge of MRO and engineering consumables ESSENTIAL
Sales and customer relationship management skills
Good negotiation and purchasing experience
Strong verbal and written communication
High level of organization and attention to detail
Knowledge of stock and ERP systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
