Enterprise Servicing Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide general account configuration and transaction inquiries, as well as case management and appeals requests.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer servicing, merchant servicing, account management, or customer success management.
Key skills include strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data visualization tools like Looker and Tableau.
The successful candidate will be responsible for educating merchants on product and account operations best practices, driving continuous improvement in servicing metrics, and resolving merchant disputes and adjudications.
This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work at pace and tenaciously pursue resolution of complex issues.
