Responsibilities Manage day-to-day brasserie operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver consistent excellence with the Brasserie. Organise reservations, seating plans, and service flow for optimal efficiency in the Brasserie. The Brasserie Manager will work closely with the kitchen to maintain menu quality and seasonal updates. Maintain a high standard of presentation and cleanliness in all areas of the Brasserie. Monitor budgets, costs, and stock levels to meet financial objectives. Address and resolve guest feedback in a professional manner. Requirements Previous experience as a Brasserie Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. A passion for delivering high-end food, wine, and service. Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment. Competence in budgeting, stock control, and cost management.
