* Assisting the Head Chef in the smooth operation of the kitchen

* Leading, supervising, and developing junior kitchen team members
* Maintaining strict food hygiene and health and safety standards
* Overseeing stock control and inventory management
* Participating in menu development using seasonal ingredients and modern trends
