Your leadership will help drive improvements across the practice, with a focus on both clinical excellence and a positive workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Head Veterinary Nurse, you will lead and mentor our team of veterinary nurses, setting a strong example for the level of care we provide to our patients and clients. You will manage staff training, performance appraisals, and development plans, ensuring that every member of the team has the opportunity to grow in their role.You'll also oversee the efficient running of the clinic, managing rotas, stock control, and ensuring that all equipment is well-maintained and functional. As part of the senior leadership team, you will collaborate closely with practice management to implement improvements, drive initiatives, and maintain the high clinical and safety standards we are known for. While leading, you will continue to perform your own clinical nursing duties, reinforcing the standards you expect from your team.Who We AreSouthview Veterinary Hospital, established in 2003, is a trusted provider of veterinary care for both small and large animals.
