Revit Modeler Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Revit modeler to join our team. As a Revit modeler, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects using Autodesk Revit.
This is a full-time position based on site in Bandon, County Cork. You will work closely with architectural, engineering, or construction (AEC) stakeholders to ensure accurate integration of structural, MEP, and architectural elements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing detailed 3D models and 2D construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.
* Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate integration of structural, MEP, and architectural elements.
* Performing clash detection and resolving conflicts between different building systems using BIM processes.
* Preparing, managing, and updating construction documentation, including schedules, technical specifications, and material quantities.
* Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to project timelines and BIM standards.
* E nsuring models comply with local building regulations, industry standards, and project-specific requirements.
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree or diploma in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong BIM knowledge is essential. A solid understanding of engineering principles and building systems is also required.
Prior experience in modeling and engineering projects is preferred. Familiarity with building codes and industry regulations is also an advantage.
Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in modeling and engineering projects.
