Senior ERP Finance ConsultantLocation: Remote - Ireland or Northern Ireland (occasional client travel)Salary: €80,000 - €100,000+About the RoleWe're working with a leading software company who are seeking a Senior ERP Finance Consultant to join their Professional Services team.This role is all about delivering end-to-end ERP finance implementations for a newly launched, cloud-first ERP platform. You'll partner directly with Finance Directors and business owners, guiding them through complex implementations, ensuring best practice, and configuring systems to meet real-world financial needs.This is a remote-first role for someone based in Ireland or Northern Ireland, with travel to client sites across Dublin, Cork, and Northern Ireland when required.What You'll DoLead full-cycle ERP finance implementations, from scoping through to go-live.Configure, modify, and integrate ERP finance modules (GL, AR/AP, reporting, data migration).Build strong relationships with Finance Directors and senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.Deliver multiple projects simultaneously (typically 6-12 months, €250k-€500k in value).Drive best practice in implementation and data migration (ETL), ensuring smooth client onboarding.Provide expert input on finance processes and influence customer decision-making.Support the development of best practice models for the ERP platform.What You'll BringWe're looking for candidates who are proven specialists in ERP finance implementation - not just finance professionals who have "been through" an implementation.Essential Requirements:Multiple ERP finance implementations completed, with full go-live responsibility.Strong knowledge of finance processes: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, reporting, debtors/creditors.Hands-on configuration and delivery - not just workshops, but practical system setup and execution.Experience with data migration and a solid understanding of ETL.Proficiency in SQL (writing/joining queries) and strong Excel skills.Confidence in advising and influencing senior finance stakeholders.Based in Ireland or Northern Ireland, with flexibility to travel when required.Nice to Have:Accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, Accounting Technician) or previous finance/industry experience.Some familiarity with C# coding (not essential).Why Apply?Remote-first role with full flexibility across Ireland and Northern Ireland.High visibility and impact - work directly with decision-makers and shape the ERP journey.Be part of a growing company where consultants are valued, visible, and central to customer success.Competitive salary (€80,000 - €100,000+) and benefits.
