Marketing Brand Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Brand Manager to oversee brand presence across physical and digital touchpoints.
This role will focus on in-store branding, online presence, and brand messaging ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all channels.
The business categories mainly focus on TVs and soundbars. Business trips are required but mainly in or around Dublin area.
* Brand Execution:
Plan, coordinate, design and implement in-store branding fixtures and POSM (Point of sales materials). Ensure timely delivery and quality installation of visual merchandising across retail partners and stores.
Regularly visit shops to audit branding consistency, fixture upkeep, and shopper experience. Support refining messages delivery on fixtures and POSM.
Oversee production and distribution of branded merchandise (e.g., uniforms, gift items, etc).
* Online Brand Visibility:
Collaborate with the digital team to ensure accurate and optimized product presence on e-commerce platforms.
Monitor online placements, brand compliance, banners, and promotional visibility.
* Training and Development:
Develop and deliver training to retail staff on brand stories, product features and merchandising best practices.
Create training materials for stores such as manuals, guides, and visual aids.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and store performance metrics.
* Brand Support and Reporting:
Assist in planning and execution of brand campaigns across offline and online media.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of brand and product assets.
Participate in cross-functional brand planning sessions and seasonal launch activities.
* Analysis and Insights:
Prepare and maintain logs for shop visits, fixture status, and merchandising inventory.
Capture and share regular photo documentation and reports for internal review.
Suggest improvements based on on-ground insights and competitor activity.
