A Developer in Meath is currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a 70-unit residential scheme in Co Meath. The role involves managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks to handover.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and labour.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain site documentation.
Monitor progress, manage site logistics, and resolve issues promptly.
Oversee quality control, snagging, and unit handovers.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and design teams.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager or Senior Foreman role.
Strong residential construction background.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to interpret drawings and manage subcontractors.
Valid Safe Pass and relevant site certifications.
