The Role
This is an entry-level recruitment role designed for someone early in their recruitment career who wants to build strong fundamentals and progress quickly. You will work closely with experienced consultants, supporting live roles while developing skills across sourcing, candidate management, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Support senior consultants on active permanent and contract roles
* Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and referrals
* Screen candidates via phone and video interviews
* Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate CRM records
* Prepare CVs and candidate profiles for client submission
* Coordinate interviews and manage feedback loops
* Support offer management and onboarding processes
* Build market knowledge within your assigned sector over time
Experience & Skills
* Up to 12 months experience in a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment role
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal
* Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
* Curious mindset with a genuine interest in recruitment and people
* Commercial awareness and willingness to learn
* Confidence using LinkedIn and recruitment tools
* Degree not essential but relevant education is an advantage
