Site Engineer
for our major residential development in Carlow, consisting of 210 new homes.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Site Engineer to support the delivery of this large-scale housing project. You will play a key role in setting out, quality assurance, site coordination, and ensuring the works progress in line with programme and design requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Set out houses, infrastructure, and site works in line with architectural and engineering drawings.
* Assist the Site Manager with daily construction activities and site coordination.
* Carry out quality checks and maintain accurate records throughout the project.
* Monitor works to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
* Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider site team.
* Report on progress, issues, and technical matters as required.
* Support the development of as-built drawings and handover documentation.
* Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of finish.
Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
* Previous experience in setting out on residential or similar building projects.
* Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and standards.
* Proficient with setting out equipment and digital tools.
* Clear communication skills and ability to work as part of a busy site team.
* Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.
