With a strong pipeline of work and an expanding team, we are now recruiting a
Site Engineer
for our major residential development in Carlow, consisting of 210 new homes.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Site Engineer to support the delivery of this large-scale housing project.
You will play a key role in setting out, quality assurance, site coordination, and ensuring the works progress in line with programme and design requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Set out houses, infrastructure, and site works in line with architectural and engineering drawings.
Assist the Site Manager with daily construction activities and site coordination.
Carry out quality checks and maintain accurate records throughout the project.
Monitor works to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider site team.
Report on progress, issues, and technical matters as required.
Support the development of as-built drawings and handover documentation.
Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of finish.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Previous experience in setting out on residential or similar building projects.
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and standards.
Proficient with setting out equipment and digital tools.
Clear communication skills and ability to work as part of a busy site team.
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.
