Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive
Provide advice to existing and potential customers and receive orders for services/products offered by the company.
Upsell premium services/products to corporate clientele.
Manage corporate client accounts and handle corporate sales of premium services.
Support the website and platforms for sales and marketing activities.
Discuss customer requirements and advise them on details and nature of services/products being sold.
Quote prices, credit details, service delivery dates and payment arrangements.
Make follow‑up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and to obtain further orders.
Stay abreast of advances and innovations in the hospitality sector and suggest possible improvements to product/service.
Maintain records and accounts of sales made and handle customer complaints.
Engage in business development activities.
Make recommendations in relation to business process improvements and implementation of hospitality‑related technology solutions to enhance business performance and increase company profits.
Set, monitor and achieve sales targets with the management team on gross profit margin, net margin, waste and other KPIs.
Drive sales, service, productivity and maintain excellent standards in business performance and development.
Achieve sales and business development targets with management to reach maximum sales while ensuring direct costs and labour costs are controlled.
Minimum annual remuneration: €34,000 per year.

Hours of work: 39 hours per week.
