Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Solicitor to join our team and advise on corporate matters, including venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
The role involves working on cross-border transactions, advising companies at all stages of their lifecycle, and supporting clients through growth funding, exits and strategic transactions.
