Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to implementation, ensuring successful delivery.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across all levels of the organization.
* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and validate deliverables against business needs.
* Run governance routines, senior working groups, and prepare executive-level dashboards and reports.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies between workstreams.
* Manage project financials, resource planning, and variance tracking.
* Leverage AI-driven analytics and automation tools to improve reporting and forecasting.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and AI integration within project workflows.
* Support change management activities and ensure smooth adoption of project outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget, with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
* 5+ years in project management roles with experience in governance and risk management.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
* Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with Agile/Scaled Agile (SAFE), DAIC, or structured methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP).
* Basic knowledge of AI concepts and experience using AI-powered tools for reporting or automation.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in Financial Services, especially Investment Banking and Global Markets Operations.
* Knowledge of structured business analysis (e.g., Six Sigma).
* Familiarity with SharePoint workflows and document management.
* Hands-on experience with AI-enabled platforms, predictive analytics, or machine learning applications in project management contexts.
