that supplies to the medical device industry is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join their team in Longford, Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex, cross-functional projects that span multiple international manufacturing facilities while playing a key role in advancing critical healthcare solutions.
What You'll Do
* Oversee and manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from planning to successful completion.
* Develop project statements of work, assemble cross-functional teams, and define clear deliverables.
* Create and manage project timelines using professional project management toolkits.
* Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues where necessary.
* Serve as the central point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.
* Set clear expectations and maintain transparent communication across teams.
* Ensure project work aligns with company policies, SOPs, and customer requirements.
* Coach and mentor junior project managers while contributing to continuous improvement of PM tools and processes.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree
in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience).
* 7+ years' experience
in a Project Management role.
* Injection moulding or contract manufacturing experience required
; medical device industry strongly preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Direct customer-facing experience with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
* Strong technical proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Project, and Teams; experience with Smartsheet (or similar) preferred.
* PMP certification
(or ability to obtain within 6 months).
* Ability to thrive in a hybrid role (onsite/offsite), with occasional domestic and infrequent international travel.
